These are digital art brushes in .brushset files that will only work with the Procreate app on iPad. They will not work in Photoshop or any other application.
An Apple Pencil is recommended for the Drawing and Sketching Brushes to work correctly. The stamps are not pressure sensitive so you can use any stylus or even your finger!
